Video tutorial

Steps in the app

  1. 1

    Create your TradeTrack account

Register at TradeTrack and verify your email if required.

  2. 2

    Add a trading account

Create a new trading account and name it so you recognize it (broker, challenge phase, etc.).

  3. 3

    Select cTrader

Choose cTrader as the platform for this trading account.

  4. 4

Use integration as the connection type

Pick integration so TradeTrack can talk to cTrader’s API instead of relying on manual file uploads.

  5. 5

    Authorize cTrader

Follow the prompts to sign in to your cTrader ID or broker flow and approve access. This step is required once per connection.

  6. 6

    Wait for sync

After authorization, trades begin importing. The first sync may take longer if there is a large history.

  7. 7

    Check your journal

Confirm positions and P&L in TradeTrack, then add session, setup, and notes for analysis.

What you still add manually

Synced data is execution-focused. For a full review workflow, add:

  • Session and market context
  • Setup and playbook tags
  • Screenshots and mistake tags
  • Custom tools and comments for statistics
